Heart Pizza Scrolls

One pastry sheet, four ingredients, and they come out heart-shaped.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry sheets1 ea
  • Pizza sauce60 g
  • Grated cheese100 g
  • Diced ham75 g

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200C and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the thawed pastry sheet.
  3. Scatter the grated cheese and diced ham over the sauce.
  4. Roll the sheet up tightly and slice it into scrolls.
  5. Place the scrolls on the tray and gently squash the bottom of each one so it sets into a heart shape.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
